My5 adds Pluto channels

Channel 5 and Pluto TV have reached an agreement that will see Pluto's three channels become available on streaming service My5.

The deal means that My5 will now host Pluto TV Drama, Pluto TV Movies and Pluto TV Food channels.

The agreement will add an extra 720 hours of programming to My5 each year and brings its count of standalone channels to 10 - My5 already contains third-party content from channels including Blaze and PBS America.

Channel 5 and Pluto's deal comes almost six months after both companies came under common ownership; Viacom bought streaming service Pluto back in January.

My5 is available on a variety of smart TVs and connected TV platforms, including Freeview Play.
